Women too have often colluded with the masculine, denied their own power and natural magic, instead accepted masculine values, ways of thinking. Without the intercession and the elevation of the feminine at home and the workplace we will remain cut-off from the force that nourishes all creation, remain materially focused, be driven by greed and power and pass on to our children a splintered and desecrated world.
The feminine can give us an understanding of how all the diverse parts of life relate together, their patterns of relationship, the interconnections that nourish life. She can help us to see consciously what she knows instinctively, that all is part of a living, organic whole, in which all the parts of creation communicate together, and how each cell of creation expresses the whole in a unique way"

SHAKTI - The Divine Feminine
Most leadership solutions aimed at female leaders are geared to "fix them" without fully understanding and appreciating their unique challenges and their context. It's like "you are the problem, you go get fixed". Most solutions don't acknowledge that burn out and stress impacts over forty percent female leaders and by the time women are in the forties, many experience traumatic events that men never will.
SHAKTI is Sanskrit for the Divine Feminine. The SHAKTI program is a transformative 7-month group coaching and action learning experience, taking a holistic approach to self-awareness, inclusive leadership, and well-being, encompassing mind, body, and spirit. It is a self-mastery and leadership development journey for a handpicked cohorts of exceptional women leaders.
You will come together in a growth-oriented safe container, to define your exponential vision, to create the identity shift to hold the moral authority for being the leader you aspire to be, to build your personal action plan for accomplishment and execute it with support from your peers who will also be your personal board of directors.
You will collectively create accountability and support for each other as you take actions towards your aspirations and goals. Eventually, it is a lifelong community no matter where you are in the world, the biggest blanket of support you’ve ever received.

SHAKTI is a 7 month group coaching and action learning experience designed to make you feel uncomfortable, to make you push beyond your limits. Because what got you to where you are today, will not get you to your next level of accomplishments.
This program is by INVITATION or APPLICATION only. Your first step is to complete the application to join the cohort that kicks-off circa Sept/Oct 2023 or bring your own cohort of 4-6 extraordinary female leaders you'd like to journey with.
Fifteen percent of your investment will go towards supporting our BARKAT program, you'll have the opportunity to be part of the BARKAT community. You automatically qualify to invest in a BARKAT participant led venture to deepen your impact in the world.
